Thank Goodness it's Friday, fellow Lions! Well, not for me, since I have to work Saturdays, but I digress…TGIF!

Lennar Homes Finds a Home with Orlando City

This week, Lennar Homes, one of Central Florida's largest home builders, partnered with Orlando City Soccer Club. Among their contributions will be promotions in the Fan Zone and hosting a youth soccer clinic. The more partners, the merrier, I always say, as we continue to grow.

Heath Talks PKs and the Tragedy in Charleston, SC

I know I was so glued to YouTube, watching 10 rounds of penalties, that I didn't hear about the tragedy in Charleston until the next morning. Orlando City Head Coach Adrian Heath sat down and talked about both.

Vote for Pedro!

OK, we all know that ligers are cool, but we prefer Lions. Good piece here on Pedro Ribeiro and his impact on the squad, both pre- and post- injury. He's been the epitome of the selflessness that OCSC has been displaying through the season.

Canadians are Nice…and Jealous?

Fellow SB Nation site Mount Royal Soccer has an interesting take on what it means to their town when Kaká crosses the northern border for a visit. Smart stuff from their Managing Editor Sofiane Benzaza. Really shows you how fortunate we are in Central Florida when it comes to the city, the club, the media, and our fans.

Louisville City Hosts the Big Apple Energy Drinks

Louisville City Football Club looks to get back on the winning side against the New York Red Bulls this Saturday. Check out the match preview from the official Louisville City website. Hopefully, even if NY has gotten wings from drinking their product, LCFC can bring them back down to Earth.

The U.S. Women's National Team doesn't play until Monday night, so instead of a match preview, let's take a look at how Dom and Sydney Leroux are bringing love to the beautiful game.

FIFA…Surprisingly, Nothing New on the Scandal Front

It looks like soccer's finally made it! Or, at least it's messed up enough to get a New York Times article on the recent FIFA scandals, and the power vacuum, and where it might go from here. Big-time journalism for big-time scandal! Who says Americans don't care about soccer?!

Aaaaaand I think FIFA is always a good spot to stop talking. Have a great weekend, everybody!
