Marcos Arroyo served as captain of Orlando City’s U-16 and U-18 teams, playing under head coach Paul Shaw. He tied for most starts and appearances during the 2013-14 season. In 2012, he was named U-16 ESPY Award Player to Watch by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
At Hagerty High School, Arroyo achieved a 4.0 GPA receiving the DAR Good Citizens Award, Hero Scholarship, and Honor Graduate Award while serving as president of the National Honor Society.
