According to reports, Orlando City captain Kaká has been ruled out of today's game against Real Salt Lake with a thigh strain. From the story linked above:

"Kaká strained his thigh while training yesterday, team officials said…It's not yet known if he'll play in the team's March 11 match against Chicago Fire"

Adrian Heath had this to say about the breaking news: (from The Orlando Sentinel)

“This is certainly a disappointment for the squad, especially given Ricky’s outstanding performance during preseason,” Orlando City coach Adrian Heath said in a statement. “That said, it seems like something from which he can recover soon. The team has trained hard all season and we are confident they will turn in a great performance with the support of a full house at the Citrus Bowl.”

With lineups yet to be released, it remains to be seen how Adrian Heath will replace Kaká and how his absence will affect the team's formation. Stay tuned to The Mane Land for any further updates.
