Good morning Lion's fans! Let's just put last week behind us, shall we? We only have one more week until the Orlando Pride season opener, and until Orlando City takes on the New England Revolution at the Citrus Bowl. There's lots of soccer to watch today, so find yourself a comfy seat and don't move! Before that, let's check out the latest Lion Links!

Orlando City B Falls in Louisville, 4-1

OCB is still on the hunt for its first win after falling 4-1 to Louisville City FC in Louisville last night. Michael Cox scored the lone goal, coming off an assist from the Lions' seventh-overall pick and friend of the PawedCast Richie Laryea. The loss brings OCB to 0-2-1 on the season and the team will look to pick up its first-ever USL win next Saturday at the Titan Soccer Complex against the Harrisburg City Islanders.

Orlando City Looking to Move Forward After First Loss

After a last minute free kick, Orlando City returned home with its first loss of the season. While disappointed in the result, the team still had some encouraging words to share, and are considering this loss as a positive and a means to improving. "It’s very disappointing, but we’ll move on. We’ve got got a home game coming up, so we’ll be ready for that." Seb Hines said after being asked about how the team will move forward. "It’s unfortunate that we lost the game," remarked Kevin Molino. "But we take something positive from the game and look forward to the next one." "The next one," by the way, is Sunday afternoon against the New England Revolution in the Citrus Bowl.

Orlando Pride To Release Jerseys This Week

Months have passed since the Orlando Pride was officially announced as a National Women’s Soccer League team. It seems as if everything has been checked off and all engines are a go except for one thing–uniforms. The Orlando Pride twitter shared a sneak peak of the crest, teasing some images of the uniform. They are expected to be released in full later this week. No doubt they will be released before the Pride takes on the Portland Thorns in Portland next Sunday night.

This Weekend in United States Women’s Soccer

News outlets cannot seem to stop talking about the United States Women’s Soccer Team. Between its lawsuit with US Soccer and Abby Wambach’s DUI arrest, it’s hard to turn on the news without seeing something about the team. However, this weekend it made headlines for a lighter topic, selling out tickets for their friendly versus Japan in just under 10 minutes. The game will be played in Denver, Colorado on June 2. Speaking of the lawsuit, Trevor Noah, host of the "Daily Show," showed his support for the women in both a thought provoking and hilarious criticism of US Soccer. Finally, the team will finish its April camp against Colombia today at 2:00 p.m. Stop back at The Mane Land at noon for Daniel Byrd's preview!

Thats all for today folks, enjoy your Sunday!
