A mere two months after Krieger and her teammates openly defied Washington Spirit owner Bill Lynch, she is on the Pride. After the Spirit played Seattle, the organization released a statement saying that Megan Rapinoe had hijacked the event by kneeling during the National Anthem. Krieger and her teammates released their own statement in support of Rapinoe.
