Orlando City star forward, Cyle Larin, was pulled over at 2:32 a.m. on Thursday morning, and was later arrested for DUI. Larin now has to complete MLS’ Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program before he can return to any team activities.

TMZ got hold of the police officer’s dash camera video, and below is the transcript to the footage which details the events that led to Larin’s arrest. The video is not easy to watch, but luckily no one was injured.

Officer (to dispatch): I’ve got a vehicle driving on the wrong side of the road.

Police officer goes into left side of street and turns on lights. Both cars are stopped on side of the road.

Officer: Hey!

Larin: How you doing?

Officer: Put the car in park.

Larin: Yup.

Officer: Turn it off.

Larin: This guy, this guy came in front of me. This guy cut in front of me, over there.

Officer: You’re on the wrong side of the road.

Larin: Oh. Sorry. I didn't know that. I’m not from here, I’m from Canada.

Officer: You're from Canada?

Larin: Yup.

Officer: How much have you had to drink tonight, sir?

Larin: I didn't have anything.

Officer: You didn't have anything? Do you see all the other cars, and you only saw…. Where in Canada?

Larin: Uhhh, Toronto.

Officer: Toronto?

Larin: Yup.

Officer: Okay. Do you have your driver’s license, registration, insurance?

Larin: I gotta find it.

Officer: Where are you all coming from tonight?

Larin: Uhh, we… I’m driving her car tonight.

Officer: That’s not my question. Where are you coming from tonight?

Larin: Uhhh, club.

Officer: Okay. You didn't have a single drop of alcohol?

Larin: Nope.

Officer: Okay.

Video skips ahead 2 minutes and 27 seconds. Car is now parked in a parking lot.

Officer: Do you mind stepping out and talking to me?

Larin: Yeah, that’s fine. Alright.

Officer: You have any guns, weapons, anything on you?

Larin: No, no, no.

Officer: No? Okay. Here’s the issue. You're driving on the wrong way…

Larin: Yeah.

Officer: You’re coming from a club…

Larin: Yup.

Officer: I can smell the obvious odor of alcoholic beverage coming from your breath.

Larin: Yup. Yup.

Officer: So you want to be honest with me? How much have you had to drink?

Larin: I had two, three drinks.

Officer: Okay.

Larin: I was just trying to drive her home, that’s all. I, I play for Orlando City. That’s…

Officer: You’re, you’re a soccer player?

Larin: Yeah, soccer player. But I was just trying to drive her home and, that’s all.

Video skips ahead 3 minutes and 37 seconds.

Officer: When I asked why you were driving on the wrong side of the road, you said you were not from here. Three years in Florida, you know what side of the road is correct.

Larin: Well, uhhh, usually I go, I go through the exit east…

Officer: Okay.

Larin: …to come home, but I had to make a right. So I usually, if, I, if, if, that is not I go right.

Officer: Okay.

Larin: And I thought it was a one way, so that’s why I was…

Officer: Okay, there was four lanes. There was also cars that you passed.

Larin: Yes.

Officer: Okay.

Larin: That was my fault. I didn’t know that.

Video skips ahead 13 minutes and 25 seconds.

Officer: So go ahead and turn around. You're being placed under arrest for DUI.

Larin: Really?

Officer: Yes, sir. Place your palms together.

Officer starts to handcuff Larin.

Officer: Alright place your palms together. It’ll be easier… Alright.

Video skips ahead 4 minutes and 16 seconds. Officer and Larin are now in the police car.

Larin: Can we, uhhh, see what my, uhh, manager says before we leave?

Officer: Umm…

Larin: Just before it? I just want to see what she says.

Officer: Sure.

Larin: Please?

Officer: Yeah, you’ve been cooperative. I appreciate that, okay?

Larin: No problem.

Officer: Umm, she’s…

Larin: She’s talking right now, that’s, she’s, I just wanna wait till, umm, my manager says.

Video skips ahead 2 minutes and 55 seconds

Larin: Can I make a call? Like possibly?

Officer: You’ll be able to later.

Larin: Okay. Cause we got, uhh, cops that work for us, so why I was trying to make a call.

Officer: What’s up?

Larin: We got, uhh, cops that work for us, from my team. I was trying to make a call before I got in here so.

Officer: What do you mean they work on your team?

Larin: So, uhh, they just work, they just work for us, so I, if we get pulled over or whatever, I can call them and sort out the situation. That’s why. That’s why I wanna call them.

Officer: You’ll be able to make a call in a little while, okay?

Larin: Okay.
