Orlando City B (3-15-4, 13 points) returns to action tonight as it looks to break a six-game losing streak against FC Tucson (6-7-7, 25 points).

Last time out, the Young Lions fell 2-1 to Lansing Ignite FC. The visitors took a two-goal lead before William Bagrou pulled one back in the 71st minute. It was OCB’s first goal in 302 minutes. Unfortunately, the goal wasn’t enough as the Young Lions fell for the sixth straight time and the 11th time in 12 games.

Tonight, the Young Lions travel out to Arizona for the second time this season to face off against FC Tucson. With eight games remaining in their regular season, each game remaining is crucial for tonight’s hosts. FC Tucson is currently in seventh place in the USL League One and seven points behind Chattanooga Red Wolves SC for the fourth and final playoff spot.

FC Tucson enters this game having drawn its last two and three of its last four. The only one of those four games that wasn’t a draw was a 1-0 loss away to Forward Madison FC. Offensively, Tucson is led by Jordan Jones and Devyn Jambga who each have scored five goals this season. Jamael Cox has been a threat going forward creating a team-leading 21 chances and recording three assists.

It will be a tough task for OCB to go out west and bring points home but Tucson is the one place it’s accomplished such a feat. The Young Lions have only claimed one point in nine road games this season. That happened on May 31 in a thrilling 2-2 draw with Tucson. Rafael Santos gave the visitors the lead off a free kick just before the half. The hosts answered with goals in the 58th minute by Andrew Wheeler-Omiunu and the 73rd minute by Terrón. Koby Osei-Wusu scored the equalizer in the 78th minute, allowing OCB to claim its lone point away from home this season.

This will be the fourth time that these two teams have faced off this season, the most times OCB has seen any team. The other games resulted in a 3-1 loss at Montverde Academy to open the season and a 2-1 loss on June 12.
