Good morning, everyone. We’re just a few days away from the 2019 MLS Cup and the end of another MLS season. There are just two more days until another weekend of soccer watching so let’s take a look at what’s going on around the world.

USWNT Players Must Disclose Non-Team Income

A California court has determined that U.S. Women’s National Team players must disclose their soccer-related non-team income to the U.S. Soccer Federation. This includes income from professional league play and sponsorships. The federation says that this information might be relevant regarding some of the key issues in the players’ lawsuit against the federation for sex discrimination.

Chelsea May Sell Pedro in January

Reports out of England are saying that Chelsea FC is open to selling Olivier Giroud and Pedro in January. This could have a significant impact on the playing time of USMNT captain Christian Pulisic. With four goals in two games last week, Pulisic forced himself into Frank Lampard’s starting lineup. However, he’s still battling with the likes of Willian and Pedro for playing time. The sale of Pedro could mean more dependability on Pulisic which would be good for the USMNT going forward.

MLS’ European Players Give Input on League

A common topic is how MLS clubs would fare in the top European league and the view of MLS overseas. The Guardian has spoken to some of the European players who have come over about their experience. It makes for some good reading as we see how these players and their compatriots feel about our domestic league.

Arsenal Manager Has One Month to Save Job

From 1996 to 2018, Arsene Wenger led Arsenal FC. Now, similar to when Sir Alex Ferguson left Manchester United, the Arsenal manager’s door might be a revolving one. Reports out of England are saying that Wenger’s successor, Unai Emery, has just one more month to save his job. If he can’t turn it around in that time, it is believed that the club will bring in former Cheslea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, and Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho to take over.

Darlington Nagbe to the Crew?

The Athletic is reporting that Darlington Nagbe will be traded by Atlanta United to the Columbus Crew ($). While it’s unknown what will be received in exchange, it’s believed to be near the largest sum of allocation money in league history. The deal will reunite Nagbe with Caleb Porter, who coached him at the University of Akron and with the Portland Timbers.
