As we count down to the new year of 2015-Orlando City SC’s first in MLS-and say goodbye to 2014, it’s time to look back at the club’s 10 best moments of the year.

Orlando City visited Richmond's City Stadium back on August 23 to take on the Kickers. The Lions were well on their way to a regular season USL Pro championship, with a record of 16-3-4 entering that Saturday night's tilt in Richmond.

Kevin Molino, who had already signed the club’s first MLS contract, was sitting on 15 goals, level with the league record held by Dom Dwyer and Jose Angulo. In the 51st minute, Rafael Ramos, making his Orlando City debut, cut in from the left side and crossed a ball for Dennis Chin, who touched it back for Molino at the top of the 18.

Molino drove a curling shot toward goal that found the upper 90, leaving goalkeeper Ryan Taylor no chance. It was a special strike worthy of handing the Trinidadian the league record. Molino would go on to score four more goals to push his USL Pro single-season mark to 20 goals. He also led the league with nine assists on the season just for fun.

The game was also noteworthy because it was the Orlando City debut of both Ramos and Estrela and both scored goals. All three Lions goals were necessary to capture the three points, as the match finished 3-2 to the good guys. Orlando City improved to 17-3-4.
