Orlando City Announces TV Broadcast Crew for 2015

Orlando City has finally answered the looming question of who would be calling its local / regional television games.

Jeff Radcliffe, Kevin Hartman and Holly Bristow are the new official broadcast team for non-nationally televised games for the club’s 2015 season in Major League Soccer. Radcliffe will handle play-by-play duties, joined in the booth by Hartman, who will provide color commentary.

This is great news for longtime fans of the Lions, as Radcliffe returns after several seasons of calling Orlando City’s USL games. He formerly worked for Bright House Sports Network, covering a variety of local professional and amateur sports.

Hartman brings a wealth of knowledge to Orlando City’s broadcast booth. He was a member of the U.S. Men’s National Team for more than a decade, and is one of the most decorated goalkeepers in MLS history. Hartman posted 179 victories in MLS — the most by any goalkeeper in the league. He also posted the most career clean sheets and the first back-to-back 20-win seasons in MLS history. A resident of Florida, Hartman previously called MLS games for FC Dallas.

Hartman played in MLS from 1997-2013 with the LA Galaxy, Kansas City Wizards (now Sporting Kansas City), FC Dallas and New York Red Bulls.

Bristow, currently also a reporter for FOX 35, will serve as the sideline reporter during home matches. She is an award-winning broadcast journalist who has worked for FOX 35 since 2007.

For games airing on national television, the radio broadcasts will be handled by Radcliffe and Tom Traxler, who previously handled color commentary for Lions' matches in USL. For games aired on local television, Traxler will be joined in the booth by Adam Schick, a radio voice for Gator Sports (including soccer). All games will air live on Real Radio 104.1 FM.

The new broadcast team will get their “first MLS start” tomorrow night when the Lions host Vancouver Whitecaps FC at the Orlando Citrus Bowl at 7:30 p.m.
