We're back and you can't send us off because we won't go!

Michael Citro and Kevin Mercer break down the tough Saturday night home loss to New York Red Bulls and have a lot to say about the red card that saw Cyle Larin off after 32 minutes and the behavior of the veteran player who drew the call. The consensus is that we’re just really tired of red cards.

We also broke down a rather enjoyable friendly last Wednesday vs. West Bromwich Albion. It was a pleasant surprise to see the Lions go for it in a game that came at a tough time in the schedule and meant absolutely nothing.

We give you our Man of the Match for both games, plus we talk about all the other big happenings this week, including the All-Star captaincy for Kaká, the MLS Homegrown Game, the trade that sent Amobi Okugo to Sporting Kansas City and brought back Servando Carrasco, the Corey Ashe trade, the possibility of landing a midfielder from Sao Paulo and more!

Plus, we make our ridiculously wrong predictions for the Chicago Fire match on Wednesday and the rematch with New York City FC on Sunday afternoon.

Here's how it went:

0:26- Red cards! Fourth officials! Simulation! Missed opportunities! Let's make some sense of that Red Bulls game.

15:50- On a happier note, the Lions looked rather good against EPL side West Brom. You probably didn't get to see the non-televised and non-streamed affair, so we're here to tell you about it.

27:05- Kaká is the MLS All-Star captain, Tyler Turner is a Homegrown All-Star and whether that’s a good thing.

32:18- Big trade this week! Here are the details and maybe a hint of analysis. We think this is only the first domino.

40:15- Paulo Henrique Ganso, the Corey Ashe trade,, are the refs out to get us, and our sure-to-be-wrong predictions.
