Panama vs Bolivia 2016 Copa America: How to Watch, TV Info, Live Stream, Rosters and More

It’s time to open Group D play in the Copa America Centenario and Orlando’s Camping World Stadium will be the place. OK, so it would have been a lot cooler if we’d gotten today’s other Group D match between Argentina and Chile, but hey, baby steps. At least we’re in.

It will be interesting to see what tonight’s game draws after only 14,334 showed up for Saturday’s more intriguing Costa Rica-Paraguay match-up. One nice thing that bears mentioning is that the natural turf surface put down over top of Camping World’s artificial playing surface held up quite well on Saturday. The grass-over-field turf surface was much more secure for player footing than say…Yankee Stadium last week for Orlando City’s match.

I'm not going to sugarcoat it…these two teams are probably not getting out of Group D. Panama is ranked 56th in FIFA's world rankings and Bolivia is way down at No. 82. However, neither of these teams has anything to lose, so theoretically they should both be going all out, as this may be their best opportunity for three points in the group.

U.S. fans may recognize Panama goalkeeper Jaime Penedo, who formerly played with LA Galaxy. Midfielders Aníbal Godoy and Alberto Quintero play for San Jose Earthquakes and forward Blas Pérez plays for Vancouver Whitecaps. There are few Bolivians who Americans are familiar with. Only forward Yasmani Duk plies his trade in the United States, with the NASL’s New York Cosmos. The vast majority of the team plays club football domestically.
