Orlando City fell behind on the road but the Cardiac Cats refused to lose yet again. The Lions roared back with second-half goals from Cristian Higuita and Yoshimar Yotún to grab their fifth win on the bounce and second straight away from Orlando. We’re breaking down the win in a physical away match at high altitude and giving you our Man of the Match picks.

We also discussed the Pride’s 1-1 draw vs. Seattle, Marta’s magical moment, and give you our player of that match as well. Plus, some potential Pride injury concerns and yay, Ashlyn Harris isn’t going to be suspended.

Our special guest this week is Kyle Martino, who spent much of the last year running for USSF president in addition to a myriad of other duties and responsibilities. We picked Kyle’s brain about the state of the U.S. Soccer Federation, what prompted him to run (and whether he enjoyed doing so), what he’s enjoying about soccer right now, his great work with streetsoccerusa.org and a lot more.

We also answer our listener questions in our Ask The Mane Land PawedCast mailbag, and give you our key match-ups and score predictions for Orlando City’s match Sunday at home against Real Salt Lake.

Here’s how show No. 123 went:

0:12- Five wins in a row. It’s getting surreal but we don’t want it to stop. If the Lions keep playing like Yoshi, Higuita, and Mohamed El-Munir did last weekend, it might not have to. Plus, the Pride’s internationals are back and you can see the difference in the performance.

42:48- Kyle Martino on the USSF presidential run, what the federation wants in a GM, who the USMNT coach might be, getting paid to watch soccer, and other fun stuff.

1:00:07- The #AskTMLPC mailbag and our frightened turtle predictions for the Lions vs. RSL.
