PawedCast Episode 157: Rapids Rewind, Pride, USWNT, OCB, an RSL Preview & More

Orlando City finally got a win at the purple palace with a comeback (twice) against the Colorado Rapids on Saturday night. The game ended 4-3, so it was full of goals and had a couple of big moments that require discussion and so we discuss them in our breakdown segment and pick our unanimous Man of the Match.

We’re also preparing for the Pride’s 2019 NWSL season opener this weekend against Portland and in so doing, we have to discuss Orlando’s 5-0 win over the Puerto Rico Sol on Sunday. We checked in on the USWNT and Alex Morgan reaching 100 (and 101) goals and Ali Krieger getting as far as 99 caps. Will she be stuck there forever? Only Jill Ellis knows for sure.

The Young Lions of OCB are off to a rocky start. They seem capable of hanging in games early but red cards have ruined their chances for their first USL League One win.

The mailbag is pretty full this week, but not to worry, we answered! Plus, we give you our key match-ups and score predictions for this weekend’s game at Real Salt Lake. Don’t take these predictions to Vegas with you.
