PawedCast Episode 164: Galaxy Rewind, OCB, Pride-Utah, Montreal Preview & More

Orlando City went back to being offensively challenged this week after its five-goal outburst against Cincinnati, getting shut out at home by the LA Galaxy (sans Zlatan). Dave and I break down the match and the unsuccessful penalty by Nani. We also pick our Man of the Match selections.

The Pride went to Utah and also failed to score. That makes five times in seven matches that the Pride have failed to score a goal. We try to pick out the positives in a dismal season so far for Orlando’s NWSL side.

At least OCB is giving us something to smile about. The Young Lions have won two straight and became the first team within the club to accomplish that feat this season — just like we all thought, right?

We answer listener questions in our mailbag section and give you our key match-ups and score predictions for Orlando City at the Montreal Impact.

Here’s how show No. 164 went down:

0:15 – Orlando City is offensively challenged and that’s not a great way to produce results. The Pride are having even more trouble scoring and their record reflects that difficulty.

44:43 – OCB is winning and that’s something we can at least cling to for now, until the Young Lions start playing more games on the road. Plus, our mailbag section and a brief Montreal preview.
