Orlando City hoped to get more out of a home-and-home match-up against the Philadelphia Union, but red cards ruin everything and when a heavily rotated team grabs a road point against the conference leaders, you take it despite being just moments from getting all three. We break down a pair of matches against the Union and make our Man of the Match selections.

The Pride won a home game and scored four goals doing it! It was an incredible night for the offense and it’s great to have Marta back stateside. Don’t look now but the Pride are 2-1-1 in their last four and have four more internationals on their way.

The national teams were both in finals on Sunday and we experienced both sides of the emotional coin in them. Let’s cheer the USWNT for winning another title and let’s be a little optimistic after a decent run in the Gold Cup as well. We also answer our listeners’ questions in our Ask Us Anything segment and give you our key match-ups and predictions for Orlando City’s upcoming home games against New York City FC and the Columbus Crew.

Here’s how show No. 169 went down:

37:01 – The Pride have won a home game! Also, the USWNT and USMNT both played in finals on Sunday and we’re here to discuss both.

1:18:05 – We answer listener questions and give our key match-ups and predictions for the New York City FC and Columbus Crew games.
