Orlando City added Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato this past week after a tumultuous week of getting his signature. The Lions have addressed another key need this off-season and that should pay dividends when the team takes the field this season. We’re here to break down the week that was and discuss how sometimes these kinds of situations take twists and turns.
We also address some Lucas Lima rumors that leaked into our Twitter mentions this week and some funny interplay with someone who shares the Palmeiras attacking midfielder’s name. We’ve got a free meal coming at Ponderosa when a certain musician gets vaccinated and makes his way to the City Beautiful and we can’t wait to hit that all-you-can-eat buffet!
The SheBelieves Cup is coming to Exploria Stadium this week and we know which Orlando Pride players will be suiting up for their national teams for the tournament. We’ll have full coverage of the event and we’re hoping there are no Jordyn Listro slide tackles on Alex Morgan or Marta this week.
