Orlando City did that thing where you outscore the other team at home and get three points and it was everything we dreamed it would be. No, the game wasn’t an objectively entertaining match, but the Lions dominated possession and did just enough to take advantage of the Colorado Rapids having not one, but two men sent off. We break down the proceedings, including Dave’s trip down to see the game, and make our selections for Man of the Match.

Facundo Torres made his second consecutive MLS Team of the Matchday, Ramiro Enrique opened his Orlando City account, Alejandro Granados made his MLS debut, and several Lions won’t be available next week when the team travels to New England.

OCB exploded for four goals on Sunday to rout FC Cincinnati 2 by a final score of 4-0 that could have been even worse for the visitors. Jack Lynn scored again, because of course he did, while two Young Lions scored their firsts of the season and first-team fullback Luca Petrasso set up Shak Mohammed on a nice goal. We break down a big win at Osceola Heritage Park by OCB, which was subsequently crowned the MLS NEXT Pro Team of the Matchday.

Our mailbagbox was quite full and asked us questions about suspensions, Messi, and taking a job with the Professional Referee Organization. Remember, if there’s anything — and we do mean anything — you want us to address on the show, just ask us by tweeting it to us at @TheManeLand with the hashtag #AskTMLPC.

We’ll be back later in the week to prepare for Orlando City’s trip to play the Revolution in Massachusetts.

Here’s how No. 352 went down:

0:15 – The Lions took advantage of Colorado’s gaffes and got a much-needed home win.

20:48 – OCB mangled FC Cincinnati 2 on Sunday to stay unbeaten at home.

33:22 – The mailbagbox awaits!
