Kaká Again Tabbed for Brazil’s World Cup Qualifying Roster

Orlando City captain Kaká continues to figure into Brazil's national team plans. Today, Seleção manager Dunga announced his 23-man roster for two November World Cup qualifiers and City's No. 10 made the list. Kaká is the only member of the team from Major League Soccer and was the first field player ever to play in MLS and get such a call-up by Brazil.

The 33-year-old Brazilian recently was with his national team for a pair of WC qualifiers while on yellow card suspension in MLS, coming off the bench against Venezuela. The upcoming games will take place Nov. 13 against arch-rival Argentina and Nov. 17 against Peru. The Argentina match will take place in Buenos Aires, with the Peru game scheduled for Salvador, Brazil.

Brazil currently sits in fifth place in CONMEBOL qualifying, with a win (3-1 over Venezuela) and a loss (2-0 to Chile) in two matches. The top four teams qualify for the World Cup and the fifth-place team advances to an inter-confederation playoff.
